This is how it works.  For every dollar you spend, excluding sales tax and shipping, you earn a point; so $1 = 1 point.   For every 200 points you earn starting January 1, 2005, you will receive a coupon to use for $10 off your next order.  Its that simple.   Candle of the month club purchases do not go toward points.
